What data we collect

  • Through the booking forms: your full name, phone number, email address (optional), preferred date and time, and your message.
  • When you call or write to us: the information you give us.
  • Health information: you may describe your symptoms in your message. This is particularly sensitive data, so please include only what we need in order to reply.
  • Technical data: the server hosting this website records standard technical data (IP address, time of access, browser type) to keep the site working properly and securely.

Why we use your data

  • to answer your enquiry and book an appointment, at your request;
  • to provide dental care and keep medical records as required by law;
  • we process health information in your message on the basis of your consent, given by sending the message, and for the purpose of providing health care.

We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.

How your data reaches us

When you send a form, your email program opens with the message already filled in. You send the message yourself, from your own email account, to our address. Our email and website are hosted by our hosting provider.

Who else can see your data

  • Orion Telekom – the provider hosting our website and email, which stores the data on our behalf;
  • public authorities, only where required by law.

We do not share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data permanently unless you ask us to delete it. Patients’ medical records are kept for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • find out whether we process your data and receive a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it;
  • restrict processing and receive your data in a portable format;
  • object to processing;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs); visitors from the EU may also contact the supervisory authority in their own country.
